Lianhetech's project management team follows a stage/gate process, which allows each project to be reviewed by a cross functional committee. Our methodology ensures all necessary actions and reports are completed and approved based on clearly defined requirements.

Our project managers lead each initiative with the internally developed tools for the management of risks, documentation, timelines, and communications.

To further enhance quality and efficiency we have established a Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO offers training and supporting resources to all our project managers and responsible staff members. We at Lianhetech are committed to delivering projects on time, in scope and within budget to fully meet our customer’s deadlines
